No. Each programme is designed to stand alone. If Programme 2 or 3 matches where you are, start there. Programme 3 includes the full content of Programmes 1 and 2 as part of the package, so you will not miss anything by starting at the top.
Yes — genuinely. Programme 1 includes 4 sessions, Programme 2 includes 6, and Programme 3 includes unlimited coaching for 9 months. These are a core part of each programme, priced in from the start. Not upsells. Not extras.
All programmes are fully self-paced and no expiry deadline. At one module per week, Programmes 1 and 2 each take 6 weeks, and Programme 3 takes 8 weeks. You can however go at the speed your life allows - faster or slower. You can discuss this with your coach on the first call too to set a plan together.
Yes. Upgrade pricing is available if you complete Programme 1 and want to continue with Programme 2, or move from Programme 2 to Programme 3. You only pay the difference. Contact us directly to discuss your options.
