With our HR background, the knowledge from the inside and outside of the hiring process, and our exposure to different industries and different levels of business management, during the session, you will learn the best methods to follow when drafting your CV to ensure you gain the attention of the Hiring Manager. LinkedIn Profile Build-Up

Should you include all work experiences? Bullet points or long text? How should you phrase it better? Why some profiles attract more than others?

In these two sessions of 45 minutes each, you will learn how to build and structure the absolute LinkedIn profile. A profile that will attract recruiters and future hiring managers. A profile, that will build an audience around your interest and ambition.

Remember, the way you present yourself online can make all the difference and can create all the opportunities you are missing.

Interview Preparation

Lots of advice already out there online telling you how to prepare for an interview. “Read about the company”. “About their values”. “Check their people stories”. “Prepare examples”. “Be ready to ask questions”. “Be cconfident”, etc. etc. etc..

During this session you will learn how to prepare for your next job interview. We will talk about the approach you should take and the points you should focus on the most. We will talk about strategy and how to apply it. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story, can make all the difference. We will guide you to success.

Performance Management

Is your manager chasing you again? Your targets are falling short? Another performance review is approaching? Maybe your manager already told you to enter a Performance Improvement Plan?

During this session, we will not talk only goals and activities. We will talk about your rights too. We will explore all the options. Then we will build a strategy together and a plan thereof to make that strategy succeed.

We will define what best matches your needs and situation, and we will explore new ways to improve your performance in order to exceed expectations of yourself and your manager.
