These General Terms and Conditions apply to all products, services, and agreements offered by Torre Vision, including online coaching programmes, digital downloads, coaching sessions, and Interim Management consultancy services. By placing an order or purchasing a product, you accept these terms.

1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Torre Vision offers the following through torre-vision.com:
- Online coaching programmes: The Career Transformation Blueprint, The Professional Growth Protocol, and The Visionary Blueprint
- Digital downloads: eBooks, templates, worksheets, and tool kits
- Individual coaching sessions
- Interim Management consultancy services (B2B)
Prices are displayed on the website and include VAT (BTW) where applicable under Dutch law for private consumers. All prices for business clients are exclusive of 21% BTW unless stated otherwise. Torre Vision reserves the right to adjust prices. Confirmed orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

2. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
An order is placed by completing the checkout process on torre-vision.com. You will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation, sent on a durable medium, constitutes a binding agreement in accordance with Article 6:230v Dutch Civil Code (BW).
Torre Vision accepts the following payment methods on torre-vision.com: PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and other cards accepted by the payment processor), and bank transfer (SEPA). For Interim Management consultancy engagements, payment is by bank transfer only, in accordance with the applicable service agreement.
Payment for online products is due immediately at the time of purchase. Invoices for consulting services are due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date.

3. DELIVERY
Digital products and programme access are delivered electronically within 24 hours of payment confirmation. In most cases, delivery is immediate upon successful payment. Delivery is to the email address provided at checkout.
If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact contact@torre-vision.com with your order confirmation. Torre Vision will resolve delivery issues within 1 working day.

4. AGE REQUIREMENT
Torre-vision.com and all its products and services are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. By placing an order or registering on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMERS)
If you are a private consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving any reason, in accordance with Article 6:230o Dutch Civil Code and Directive 2011/83/EU.
Exception for digital content — important:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content (including online coaching programmes, digital downloads, and course materials) once you have:
- expressly requested immediate delivery of the digital content, and
- acknowledged that this request results in the loss of your 14-day right of withdrawal.
This acknowledgement is obtained via a mandatory checkbox at checkout on torre-vision.com in accordance with Article 6:230p(e) Dutch Civil Code and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. By completing your purchase and ticking the checkbox, you confirm your express consent to immediate delivery.
Coaching sessions: The right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the service if performance began, with your express prior consent, before the end of the withdrawal period.
Business clients: The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in a commercial capacity (identified by the provision of a KVK or BTW number at checkout).

6. REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE PROGRAMMES
Where the right of withdrawal applies, Torre Vision offers an additional voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee on online coaching programmes, subject to the following conditions:
The guarantee is immediately and irrevocably void if either of the following has occurred:
(a) 10% or more of the programme lessons have been completed or viewed; or
(b) any worksheet, workbook, template, or supplementary file included in the programme has been downloaded, opened, or accessed.
Once either condition is met, the digital content is legally deemed "already provided and used" within the meaning of Article 6:230p(e) Dutch Civil Code and Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m). No refund will be issued.
To claim a refund under the voluntary guarantee, both conditions above must remain unfulfilled, and you must submit a written request with a specific explanation to contact@torre-vision.com within 30 days of purchase. Valid refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Individual digital downloads (eBooks, templates, worksheets) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
For coaching sessions: cancellation at least 48 hours before the session — no charge. Cancellation within 48 hours — 50% charge. No-show — 100% charge.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on torre-vision.com — including frameworks, videos, scripts, worksheets, templates, coaching methodologies, written materials, and the Torre Vision brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of Torre Vision / Nikola Tore, protected under Dutch and European copyright law.
Clients receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, reproducing, redistributing, or creating derivative works based on Torre Vision content requires prior written consent.

8. LIABILITY
Torre Vision's total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service. Torre Vision is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, missed opportunities, reputational damage, or losses resulting from decisions made on the basis of Torre Vision's advice or content.
Programme results described on torre-vision.com are based on actual client outcomes and are illustrative. Individual results are not guaranteed. Results depend on personal effort, circumstances, and factors outside Torre Vision's control.

10. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
For complaints, please contact Torre Vision first at contact@torre-vision.com. Torre Vision will respond within 5 working days.
EU consumers may also submit disputes to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Rechtbank Rotterdam. EU consumers retain the right to submit disputes to the court of their place of residence where mandatory under EU law.
Torre Vision may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available at www.torre-vision.com/terms. Continued use of the website after amendments constitutes acceptance. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance.
