I coached people for nine years before I charged anyone.
That was never a strategy. It just meant nobody was performing for me and nobody owed me a polite answer — which turned out to be the only honest testing conditions I could have asked for.
THE LOGO
It started with an article about a boxing match.
Not really about boxing. About what a fight makes obvious — preparation, pressure, and the difference between losing and being beaten.
I wrote it for myself, published it, and thought nothing more of it. Then people started writing back.
A colleague asked for an hour. It never really stopped.
Then a friend of hers. Then someone I had never met. Then universities, asking me to keynote and to judge case competitions. Then startup founders, asking how to actually develop and lead the people around them.
Nine years of that. No functional website, no funnel — and therefore no reason for anyone to be polite about what was not working. Every framework I use today survived those rooms. The ones that did not, I dropped.
2026. Torre Vision, on paper at last.
Not a reinvention. Nine years of work that had outgrown the evenings it was living in — written down properly, and finally put somewhere you can reach it. Registered in Rotterdam; the practice stays where it has always been, which is wherever you are.
Four things you can hold me to.
It rarely survives a Tuesday. You get structure (systems & frameworks) instead.
Something written down and one clear next step — every single time.
If I'm not the right fit for your needs, you'll hear it. If your plan has a hole in it, you'll hear that too.
Everything is built to be handed over.
What it asks. What you walk out with.
Coaching is not something done to you as many perceive it, and it is not homework either. It is a trade between effort and result — and you deserve to see both sides of it before you decide.
You will be encouraged, and you will be challenged. Both, on purpose. The encouragement is what gets you moving; the challenge is what makes the movement count.
Twenty minutes, and I'll tell you straight.
No pitch. If I'm not the right fit for your needs at this time you'll know inside the call — and you'll still leave with something useful.
