Withdraw from a purchase

You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. Fill in the form below and press Confirm withdrawal. A confirmation with your details, and the date and time of your request, is emailed to you straight away.

What the form asks for

• Your name.
• The email address where you want your confirmation.
• Which purchase: the program or coaching you bought, and the order date or order number.

What happens next

• Any amount due is refunded within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you paid with.
• If you asked for coaching to start within the 14 days, you pay only for the part already delivered.
• If you chose immediate access to a program and confirmed at checkout that the right to withdraw ends once access starts, that right no longer applies. Send the form anyway: I read every request personally, and our voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee may still apply (conditions in the Terms & Conditions).
