Refund Policy:

Torre Vision offers career coaching services, online courses, and package programs with the following refund policy, compliant with Dutch consumer law (including the 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts).

1. General Provisions

  • All purchases made via the Website or remotely qualify as distance contracts under Dutch law.

  • The statutory cooling-off period is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion (purchase confirmation).

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 days of valid cancellation notice, using the original payment method.

2. Individual Services and Sessions (e.g., single coaching sessions, bookings)

  • Cancellation at least 48 hours in advance: full refund or rescheduling option.

  • Less than 48 hours or no-show: no refund.

3. Package Programs

We offer two package programs, both including access to online courses and online coaching sessions:

a. “The Career & Leadership Protocol” package (lower-priced option)

  • Non-refundable. Once purchased and access is granted (e.g., course materials or session links provided), no refund is available, including during or after the cooling-off period.

  • This is due to the immediate digital access provided upon purchase.

b. “The Visionary Blueprint” package (higher-priced option)

  • Refundable within 15 days. You may cancel and request a full refund within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, without giving a reason.

  • The refund will be processed in full provided:

    • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content (measured by progress tracking).

    • You have not attended more than one coaching session.

  • After 15 days, or if the above usage thresholds are exceeded within the 15-day period, the package becomes non-refundable.

4. Webshop Items (Digital Products)

Standalone digital products purchased via the webshop, such as e-Books, templates, worksheets, digital downloads, or other instantly accessible materials:

  • Non-refundable once access or download has begun.

  • By completing the purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off period upon access/download starting.

  • No refunds are available after access is granted, even within the statutory period.

5. Online Courses (Standalone or Included in Packages)

  • Standalone online courses (if offered separately): non-refundable once access is granted.

  • Courses included in packages follow the package-specific rules above.

6. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

  • No refunds for:

    • Completed or partially consumed services/sessions.

    • Digital downloads or materials already accessed (see section 4 for webshop details).

    • Any purchase after the applicable refund window.

  • Customized or bespoke services may have separate terms agreed in writing.

7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  • Notify us in writing (email to: contact@torre-vision.com) with your order details and reason (if after cooling-off period).

  • For “The Visionary Blueprint” package refunds within 15 days, no reason is required.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by Dutch law. In case of disputes, Dutch consumer protection rules apply.
