These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.torre-vision.com (the "Website") and our career coaching and related services ("Services") provided by Torre Vision.

By using the Website or Services, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are governed by Dutch law.

1. Services

We provide professional transformation & career coaching and HR services. Services are non-medical and not a substitute for professional therapy or advice.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are made via the Website or direct contact.
Payments are due in advance or as agreed.
Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule your coaching sessions at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and actively participate. Results are not guaranteed.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of information shared, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (e.g., worksheets) are for personal use only and remain our property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Dutch law, we are not liable for indirect damages or any outcomes from the Services.

8. Termination

We may terminate Services for breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be resolved in Dutch courts.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
